Rebecca Law
Rebecca joined the PPNO Board in February 2020 and served as its President-Elect until November 2024 when she transitioned to the President role. She is currently the Manager of Patient Flow and the Nursing Resource Team at University Health Network, where she supports Patient Flow, Nursing best practices and patient care through data-driven decision-making frameworks. She has a strong passion for Professional Practice and Education and hopes to leverage technology to enhance and drive positive change in healthcare.
Anthony Danial
Anthony served as President of the PPNO Board between February 2020 – November 2024. He has a variety of different leadership experiences which include operations and professional practice with a perspective of many different interdisciplinary professionals. Anthony currently works at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital as a Clinical Operations Manager for the Neuromotor and Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy program. Anthony continues to keep up his practice as a pharmacist, with experiences at Providence Healthcare (Unity Health), Toronto Rehab Institute (UHN), and Northwest Telepharmacy.
Marika Bishop
She became Secretary of the PPNO Board in September 2020. She is the Manager of Policy Development and Special Projects at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, providing guidance to the Professional Practice Office as well as the Quality, Safety and Patient/Family Experience Portfolio. Prior to joining CAMH, Marika held leadership roles within the offices of the Ministers of Education, Health and Long-Term Care, and Transportation.
Jennifer Clifford
Jennifer became Treasurer of the PPNO Board in November 2023. She has been a Physiotherapist for the last 28 years, has hospital managerial experience, teaches at the university level, and was a College of Physiotherapist Board member from 2021 - 2023. Jennifer is currently the Interprofessional Practice Manager at a community hospital. Her diverse experience in a variety of leadership roles is a valuable asset to the PPNO Board.
Paulette Perras
Paulette joined the PPNO Board in November 2023 and holds the position of general member. As the Director of Professional Practice at Hawkesbury & District General Hospital, she leads and supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of professional practice standards, policies, and programs. Paulette has over 12 years of experience in leadership roles, managing and improving professional practice, clinical operations, and quality of care in the hospital and health care industry. With a Master of Health Administration and a certification as a health executive from the Canadian College of Health Leaders, Paulette brings vast knowledge and experience to the PPNO board.
